Find Your Seat
Each person is uniquely gifted by God. Our greatest gift to the Kingdom is when we serve in our “sweet spot”.
Each person I encounter leaves burning brighter for kingdom purposes, because of my sincere affirmation of their giftedness.
Find the 2%
The distance between excellence and mediocrity is not measured in miles, but in inches.
Greatness is illusive, and is reserved for those who really believe it lies hidden beyond the acceptable.
Greatness reveals the heart of God and inspires people.
We must find it!
Change Happens
God is alive. He moves how and when he pleases. Flexibility is essential to staying in synch with the spirit.
No Fear
In each of us resides the Living God. He is completely trustworthy. Therefore, when God asks us to be a “risk taker” we step out with confidence. Remember, God always asks us to do things we can’t do without Him.
Bang For The Buck
God always chooses the weak or small to accomplish his purposes so that He may show his greatness. We believe His provision is perfect for each situation, and strive to be good stewards of his blessing.
Excellence
Excellence inspires people and reflects God’s character. Because of all God has done for us, we give our best for Him.
Embrace the Tension
We do not live under the “Law”, but under the “Grace” of the living God. While there are certain absolute truths given in God’s word, there are many more gray areas. It is here we are called to walk by faith, free to follow the lead of the Holy Spirit living in us. God will not be put in a box of our making. We must be willing to wrestle with the unclear and not give in to setting up blanket policies or formulas, which tend to bring clarity and comfort, but eliminate the need for trusting God, and are absent of his power.
Fork In The Road
We are always looking for God’s invitation to roll up our sleeves and get involved with people spiritually. Talking about Jesus can be scary, but we commit to breaking “The Jesus Barrier” and providing others the opportunity to choose.
Honor The Absentee
Honor the “Empty Chair”. When a person is not present, don’t say anything about them that you wouldn’t say if they were there.
Rest In The Call
I am an adopted child of God. Therefore I rest in God’s acceptance of me, and do not try to please men. I am “free to fail”.
Create
Just Abide
We can do nothing apart from Jesus Christ. Creativity, diligence, cleverness, intellectual power, commitment, and even compassion, is impotent with human origin. Fruit comes from God, and God alone.
