In our team breakout during inC!TE several weeks back, I made a commitment to stay in better communication with you. This blog is part of an answer to that commitment.

On any given weekend, over fifty people (from the Arts Team alone) join forces to create moments for our attendees to “Engage With God.” There are so many people pouring themselves out and giving their best that it is sometimes difficult to get a handle on who is doing what and - more importantly - who they are in the first place.

My goal with “Troy.Ops” is to provide a place where we will hear some of the stories developing and happening behind the scenes on our team that you wouldn’t otherwise be aware of. Through this, I believe we will become stronger.
